Every consumer has a reflection period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day following the day of delivery, during which they may decide to revoke the agreement. The consumer must inform us within 14 days of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal (whether or not using the model form that can be downloaded here). They then have an additional 14 calendar days to return the product(s).

Reflection period is not a trial period

The consumer must handle the products carefully during the reflection period, similar to how they would normally assess them in the store. The consumer is liable for any depreciation of the goods if the handling of the goods goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the good.

Refund

The refund for your returned items will take place within 14 days after we have been informed of the cancellation. However, we will only proceed with the refund once the products are back in the possession of Zoutplus.be or once the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods.

The costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the consumer. You should take into account the following return costs:

• 1 pallet return: € 46
• Return 2 pallets: € 85

Damaged products or products that were delivered incorrectly (the delivery did not match the order) can be returned free of charge. Please always contact us first via our contact form of via 051 24 46 65.

Products that are returned without Zoutplus.be being notified in advance will not be refunded.

Returns are at the buyer's risk. Zoutplus.be cannot be held liable for damage or loss of returned items when the consumer cannot prove that they have sent the goods back. Therefore, always request a proof of shipment and keep it safe.
