How do I place an order on Zoutplus.be?
Step 1: Add product(s) to your shopping cart
- Find the product you want to buy and click on the shopping cart icon or the Add to cart button.
- Would you like to keep browsing? No problem, your item will stay in your cart.
- Then click on your shopping cart at the top right.
- Check if the correct products and quantities are in your shopping cart.
- Optionally enter a discount code.
- Continue with your order by clicking the button Proceed to checkout.
Step 2: Complete & review order
- Enter your shipping address and check all the details.
- Optionally, fill in your own reference for your billing.
- Click the button Continue to billing address to proceed.
- Is your billing address different from your shipping address? If so, uncheck the box that says My billing and shipping address are the same and fill in the correct address.
- Select your preferred payment method: Bancontact – Mastercard – Visa – SEPA Transfer – iDEAL.
- Check your order one last time. Everything okay? Then click the Place Order button.
Step 3: Pay for your order
- Pay with the payment method of your choice.
- Your order has been placed!
- You will receive an email shortly with an overview of your order and the confirmation.
- Did you not receive a confirmation email within fifteen minutes after placing your order?Then contact us!
Attention! If you pay via bank transfer, please note that the administrative processing takes two to three days. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment. The delivery time will therefore be delayed, depending on the date of payment receipt.
How will my order be delivered?
What are the shipping costs?
Every order is delivered for free at home for orders over €150, with no additional costs.
Where does Zoutplus.be deliver?
We only deliver in Belgium.
When will my order be delivered?
Attention! If you pay via bank transfer, please note that the administrative processing takes two to three days. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment. The delivery time will therefore be delayed, depending on the date of payment receipt.
Delivery of small packages (≤ 30 kg)
Your order will be delivered within two business days by DPD Belgium.
Make sure someone is present to receive your package.
Not home for the first delivery? If you are not present for the first delivery, DPD will attempt to deliver again the next business day.
If you are not home for the second delivery attempt, your package will automatically be taken to a DPD Pickup parcel shop near you. You will receive a notification via email or SMS. Your package will typically be available there for seven working days. If you do not pick it up in time, the package will be returned to us.
Delivery of large packages (> 30 kg)
Your order will be delivered within two business days after placing your order by our external carrier.
Make sure someone is present to receive your order.
Would you prefer to choose a delivery date yourself? That’s possible. Send us an email before or right after placing your order. This way, we can pass it on in time.
Important conditions for the delivery of large packages
- Orders are delivered by truck with a loading ramp. Please ensure an easily accessible delivery location.
- Please note that delivery is made with a pallet truck or, in some cases, with a cage cart. Cobblestones, gravel, or pebbles are not accessible with a pallet truck and are therefore not considered an accessible location.
- Delivery always takes place at the door, at the gate, or on the driveway up to the first threshold. Delivery on driveways and/or front yards is done at your own risk. Ensure that your driveway can withstand heavy weight.
- Should the delivery not take place on the driveway or front yard? Please let us know in advance.
- Delivery is not made under any circumstances to garages or indoors. We also do not offer curbside delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Are pallets being taken back?
No. Your order is always delivered on a pallet. This pallet is not taken back by the driver. That is logistically and practically not feasible. The pallet will remain with you after delivery. You can reuse it, recycle it, or dispose of it yourself.
What happens if I am not present for the delivery of a large package?
We do everything we can to offer you the sharpest possible prices. Therefore, it is important that someone is present at the provided shipping address. If that is not the case, additional costs will be charged for a new delivery.
Who is liable for damage during delivery?
Zoutplus.be cannot be held liable for any damage that the carrier may cause during delivery. In that case, you can only contact the carrier. The carrier's information is available upon simple request via email.
